Position: team leader

Hedley welcomed Sultan and introduced the other interviewers. First of all introduce yourself.  Sultan: I’m 31 years old, single and I work in ADGAS. Why do you want to change your company? I want to get a high position.

Fahad: what’s your greatest weakness? I don’t like the employee that gets benefit from other weak employees. What’s your outside interest? My outside interest is to play football.

Sultan: what is the company cycle for the operation section?

Fahad: 3 weeks work 1 week off.

Sultan: how about salary?

Fahad: 50,000 per month. Sultan was not happy with this offer.

Before the interview finished Ahmed gave Sultan a best offer of 100,000 thousand per month.

Position: pilot

Hedley welcomed Mohammed and thanked him for choosing this company.

Hedley: introduce yourself.

Mohammed: I’m 35 years old and I’m single.

Abdullah: why should I hire you?

Mohammed: I want to be a pilot and I like dangerous things.

Abdullah: what’s your outside interest?

Mohammed: horse riding.

Abdullah: can you work under pressure?

Mohammed: no I can’t work under pressure.

Ahmed Hassan: what are your goals?

Mohammed: I want to be a businessman and have my own plane.

Ahmed to Mohammed: can we contact your previous company? Yes

Ahmed: in terms of salary, what salary are you worth?

Mohammed: I hope my salary will reach 120,000 thousand per month.

At the end Mohammed thanked the interviewers.

Interviewers: Hedley, Abdulla Abdo, Hazza 

Position: chemical engineer

Hedley welcomed Mohammed then introduced the other interviewers. Hedley to Mohammed: tell us about yourself?   I’m a chemical engineer& l’m married with two wives and I have two children.

Abdulla: what are your greatest weaknesses? Mathematics, equations and working night shift. Abdullah: do you consider yourself creative? Give me an example of your creativity? And where do you use it? I created a new way to measure the chemical things we use in the lab. 

Hazza: why should I hire you?  I have 5 years experience and I have a bachelor degree.

Hedley, before closing the interview, asked ‘what is your outside interest?’ I play handball very well; before I was playing in Aljazeera club.
